Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the refund and cancellation terms for Job-E digital services.
Nature of the service
Job-E is a digital platform that provides AI-powered job evaluation services on a credit basis. One credit equals one position evaluation. Credits are delivered electronically and added to the buyer's account instantly upon successful payment.
Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (implementing Consumer Protection Law No. 6502), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that are performed immediately in electronic form.
Since Job-E credits are delivered to the buyer's account instantly upon payment, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived. Buyers acknowledge this at the time of purchase.
Cancellation before and after payment
- Before payment: Buyers may cancel at any time before completing the payment process. No charges are applied.
- After payment: Once payment is confirmed and credits are delivered, the purchase cannot be cancelled as the digital service has been rendered. See the refund conditions below for exceptions.
Refund conditions
Since the service is delivered digitally and instantly, refunds are not available as a general policy. OrgInsight may issue a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical failure: If a verified system error on OrgInsight's side prevents the buyer from using purchased credits and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued for the affected credits.
- Duplicate payment: If a buyer is charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
Refund process
- Submit a refund request by emailing billing@jobe.ai with your organization name, order reference, and a description of the issue.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method (credit card refund via iyzico, or bank transfer for EFT orders).
Non-refundable items
- All purchased credits, whether used or unused. Credits are delivered instantly upon payment and the digital service is considered rendered at the point of delivery.
- Trial credits or promotional credits provided at no charge.
- Credits that have expired per their expiration terms.
